Launching in June 2026, THE TABLE presents a year-round gastronomic journey where internationally acclaimed chefs from around the world will take residency at The Trans Resort Bali, curating immersive dining experiences that celebrate creativity, contemporary cuisine, refined techniques, and cultural storytelling. For the first time in Bali, guests will have the opportunity to experience an elevated culinary platform where luxury hospitality, world-class gastronomy, and authentic chef-to-guest interaction come together in an intimate and sophisticated setting.

The inaugural edition welcomes Chef Giorgio Bartolucci, member of JRE – Jeunes Restaurateurs, from 15 to 28 June 2026. Crafted through years of experience in refined European kitchens, Chef Giorgio’s cuisine reflects a deep respect for premium ingredients while elevating flavors through modern culinary techniques and sophisticated presentation.
