The Trans Resort Bali proudly collaborates with JRE – Jeunes Restaurateurs, one of the world’s most prestigious associations of young and innovative chefs, to introduce THE TABLE, an exclusive international culinary series bringing Michelin-starred and Michelin-recognized dining experiences to the heart of Seminyak, Bali.
Launching in June 2026, THE TABLE presents a year-round gastronomic journey where internationally acclaimed chefs from around the world will take residency at The Trans Resort Bali, curating immersive dining experiences that celebrate creativity, contemporary cuisine, refined techniques, and cultural storytelling. For the first time in Bali, guests will have the opportunity to experience an elevated culinary platform where luxury hospitality, world-class gastronomy, and authentic chef-to-guest interaction come together in an intimate and sophisticated setting.
The inaugural edition welcomes Chef Giorgio Bartolucci, member of JRE – Jeunes Restaurateurs, from 15 to 28 June 2026. Representing a new generation of Italian culinary excellence, Chef Giorgio is renowned for his elegant interpretation of Italian cuisine; blending heritage, precision, innovation, and artistry into every dish. Crafted through years of experience in refined European kitchens, Chef Giorgio’s cuisine reflects a deep respect for premium ingredients while elevating flavors through modern culinary techniques and sophisticated presentation. Each creation is thoughtfully designed to deliver not only exceptional taste, but also emotion, atmosphere, and memorable moments. Throughout the residency, guests can indulge in a curated series of exclusive culinary events including live cooking breakfast experiences, sunset rooftop gastronomy at The 18th Rooftop, elegant gala dinners, and intimate chef’s table encounters.
